Important Safety and Legal Information
For all of the MF Film Holderä models, Mounting Stations and ANR Inserts
WARNING: These devices utilize small parts and/or glass and which could possibly be a choking hazard. Additionally, all the items (and especially the glass items) could have sharp edges. Store all parts of these devices in a safe and secure location that is away from children. Handle the glass edges with care. The ANR Insert’s edges have been “lightly swiped” by the glass cutter but have not been fully rounded. Use protective gloves with the ANR Insert unless you are sure the “light swiping” is enough to prevent injuries to your skin.
Please contact me immediately if you should have a problem with your order and I will make every reasonable effort to correct it as fast as possible. Returns can only be accepted for products with manufacturing defects (“try on approval”/evaluation type purchases are not offered) and will only be accepted for return with a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that has been issued by DSF OmniCorp, LLC. This number must placed prominently on the outside of the item’s packaging and the item must be shipped with postage and insurance prepaid. All returns are subject to verification and inspection.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. In the event that you discover damage, please keep all original packing materials (a must!) and e-mail me for immediate customer service. Damaged items can only be replaced if you bought insurance and any claims must be made within three days of receipt of your order.
The warranty for this product is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. All items will be replaced, or the original purchase price (less original shipping) will be refunded (at the manufacturer’s option), due to defects in manufacturing for 90 days from date of purchase. The manufacturer is not responsible for actual and/or consequential damage due to abuse, misuse, or unintended use of these products. Items returned for warranty claims must be shipped prepaid and insured.
No information obtained by you from any other source outside of this document (which is also found on the “Important Safety and Legal Information” website) for all BetterScanning.com products or services shall create any warranty not expressly stated by the “Important Safety and Legal Information” webpage/document. See the Limitation of Liability stated below.
All BetterScanning.com products and services have been/are marketed, sold, warranted and supported solely by DSF OmniCorp, LLC. Similar to when using the original manufacturer’s film/negative/slide holders, it is possible that your film could somehow be damaged during the use of these products. To the extent permitted by applicable law and to the extent that DSF OmniCorp, LLC is otherwise found responsible for any damages, DSF OmniCorp, LLC is responsible only for actual damages to the specific BetterScanning.com product or service purchased. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall DSF OmniCorp, LLC, its officers, its employees, its affiliates, its licensors, its suppliers or any third parties be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, lost profits, or other damages resulting from the use or failure of the specific BetterScanning.com product or service purchased. To the extent permitted by law, the remedies stated for you in this warranty document are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in this warranty document.
